Steph is a Logistics Operations Manager with a strong foundation in the design industry, bringing extensive experience in coordinating and streamlining operations within creative environments. Outside of work, Steph finds balance in the outdoors—whether she’s paddleboarding, hiking, or running. She also stays busy with her three children and enjoys going to baseball games.

David plays a vital role in getting homes market-ready. With excellent handyman skills, he takes care of the finishing touches that make all the difference—whether it’s minor repairs, fixture updates, or on-site adjustments to ensure everything looks polished. Behind the scenes, he keeps the warehouse organized and efficient, making sure every staging project has exactly what it needs. Known for his reliability, craftsmanship, and problem-solving mindset, David is the steady hand that helps turn each property into a showpiece buyers can’t resist.

I’m an Operations Manager with a strong background in operational proficiency, customer service, training, and bookkeeping. I built my career at Albertsons Companies, where I advanced from administrative roles to Director of Front End and Customer Service—leading teams, launching customer service programs, and managing books, personnel coordinator and service operations across 140 stores. Most recently, I oversaw office operations and HR coordination at The Saunders Company, managing office systems, financial processes, and dispatch logistics in a fast-paced construction environment. Outside of my professional career, I stay closely connected to my community. I volunteer as Treasurer and Secretary, and also serve as a coach for Sherwood Youth Cheer, helping young athletes build skills and confidence. I’m also a wife and proud mom of two daughters. As a family, we enjoy spending time outdoors—whether it’s boating, traveling, or discovering new adventures together. I bring a strong work ethic, people-first mindset, and a passion for leadership and growth—whether in the office or on the field.
